About Live Personalisation Experiences
Muse Live Personalisation Experiences bring a hands-on, guest-designed keepsake station to your celebration. Rather than pre-made favours, guests choose their own design - a name, a colour, a little icon that means something - and we personalise it on-site, in front of them, while they wait.
Every event is different, so we've built our packages around real guest counts (20-35, 36-50, or 50+ people), with per-item pricing that gets more affordable as your guest count grows. Bookings under 20 guests are welcome too - just get in touch for a custom quote.
How Does It Work?
- Date - Contact us to check availability for your event date and request a quotation.
- Guest Count - Use the calculator above to estimate your total based on your guest count.
- Items - Choose which item(s) you'd like personalised: baby rompers, tote bags, key rings, glassware, glass charm rings, or a sip & paint palette station.
- Design Menu - Guests choose from a curated menu of fonts, colours, and icons (hearts, stars, baby feet, monograms and more) on the day.
- Consultation - We'll chat to confirm your event details, item choices, and any logistical arrangements.
- Payment - A 50% deposit secures your date and booking. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to your event date.
- On The Day - Our team arrives a full hour before your guests to set up the station. All we need from you is a table and access to a plug point.
Please note: for baby showers, the romper isn't a take-home item for guests - each guest personalises it with a message for baby, and it stays with the parents-to-be as a keepsake.
